What you will do
- Own and reinforce Solution Selling methodology across the Revenue organization, ensuring alignment of training materials with cross-functional teams.
- Teach the Revenue organization how to identify prospect pain points and build compelling value-based narratives for hirify.global solutions.
- Refresh and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires within WorkRamp, acting as the primary point of contact for curriculum.
- Certify and coach new Sales Representatives to master the hirify.global Discovery Deck and effectively articulate key differentiators.
- Meet regularly with Revenue Leadership to assess team performance, diagnose skill/knowledge gaps, and design targeted interventions.
- Track the impact of revenue enablement activities, correlating programs to shortened ramp time, increased Win Rates, and increased ACV.
- Partner with Product Marketing to build and deliver high-impact product training for new features and products.
- Manage the central repository of selling and customer success resources on Confluence, ensuring content remains current and accessible.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to arm the sales team with tactical talk tracks for navigating the competitive landscape.
- Proactively identify sales funnel stalls and build targeted workshops or tools to improve team effectiveness in the field.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity is required.
- Deep familiarity with Solution Selling, Force Management, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience administering an LMS to drive engagement and retention.
- Experience managing knowledge bases to ensure content is structured for usability.
- Ability to identify and measure the impact of enablement activities on revenue organization performance.
