What you will do

• Align program objectives with company strategy and set long-term goals.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, tracking progress, deadlines, and budget.
• Act as primary liaison for project teams, customers, and senior management, ensuring transparent communication.
• Identify risks and conflicts, develop mitigation plans, and troubleshoot problems.
• Produce accurate and timely program status reports, including KPIs and metrics.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment and on-track delivery.

Requirements

• BS in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in Program Management with a software security company.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Previous experience in fast-paced, start-up software environment.
• Good technical acumen, able to understand cybersecurity terms, workflows, and functions.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification preferred.
• Customer advocate experience.
