What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Account Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Drive consistent sales performance through pipeline discipline and deal quality.
- Run effective 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and team trainings.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and visibility on risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Managing Director and other managers to align revenue funnel execution.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales talent.
Requirements
- Must have several years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in the DACH market.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong people management and coaching skills with a hands-on leadership style.
- Solid understanding of SMB, Mid-Market, and B2B sales cycles.
- Data-driven approach to managing pipeline, forecasts, and deal health.
- Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
