What you will do
- Manage and grow a customer pipeline to exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling opportunities via strategic account analysis and regular communication.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Portugal
- Proven sales success with focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably in hotel tech.
- Experience or education in hospitality operations and strong industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, and Generative AI.
- English language proficiency; Spanish and/or Portuguese also required.

- Experience selling PMS or other hotel technology software.
