International iGaming company is extending its CRM division and is currently looking for Head of Sports CRM, who will shape and execute the full Sports CRM vision across dozens of betting brands in 15+ GEOs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates who are ready to bring their career to the next level and take charge of the growing function on an international iGaming range.

The position is opened in two locations - Valencia, Spain 🇪🇸 and Warsaw, Poland🇵🇱
Relocation is provided by the company.

Key requirements:
- 5–7+ years in CRM, ideally with significant Sportsbook exposure in .com markets.
- Strong command of:
* segmentation and predictive modelling
* AB/Multivariate testing
* promotion personalisation
* performance analytics / KPI ownership
- Experience leading large and distributed teams (20+), including mentoring and capability building.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
