What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives at major UK dealerships to grow their business profitably.
- Tailor and clearly communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to meet dealership needs.
- Achieve sales growth targets and secure commercial commitments from dealers.
- Introduce additional products and services to boost dealer sales growth.
- Represent dealer feedback internally to influence product and service improvements.
- Manage sales pipeline and prioritize solutions to drive engagement effectively.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with presence in London office and travel across UK, especially Midlands and North of England
- Proven senior sales, account management, or business development experience with sustained sales growth.
- Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and engaging C-suite/board level stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, operations, and tech teams.
- Passion for automotive industry is a plus but not essential.
- English: B2 level or higher required
