What you will do

• Lead the deep learning team to design and implement advanced AI models for AdTech.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure for production deployment.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks measuring both model and business metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and product teams to align goals.
• Drive technical vision and continuous innovation in deep learning methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Berlin with hybrid work model (2 days onsite)
• At least 8 years leading data science and deep learning teams with experience in AdTech or related domains.
• Master's degree or higher in quantitative fields like mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and data libraries.
• Experience with cloud-scale data and real-time deep learning deployments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to technical and leadership audiences.
