What you will do

• Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance channels.
• Ensure marketing campaigns drive high-quality users efficiently, focusing on ROAS and scalability.
• Identify platform trends and best practices, applying them to campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to foster product growth.
• Brief the creative team to produce top-performing assets.
• Monitor, track, and report key metrics, driving experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition.
• Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Google Ads.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency using BI platforms like Looker Studio or Funnel.io to analyze data.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to boost campaign efficiency.
• English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels.
• Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups.
• Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management.
