What you will do

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct light market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and collateral for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and communication with partners and clients where needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in the hospitality/business program.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment within Germany.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce or CRM experience.
  • Interest in hospitality technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.
