What you will do

  • Manage online and in-person sales negotiations for the UKI market.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events to organize customer meetings.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
  • Analyze sales pipeline data and continuously improve strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.

Requirements

  • English: C2 level required for effective international communication.
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong team player with a winning mentality and desire to exceed quotas.
  • Data-driven thinking, skilled in analyzing and interpreting data for decision-making.
  • High motivation to sell into the SMEs market with short sales cycles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with timely CRM updates.
