What you will do
- Own and continuously evolve pricing, packaging, and commercial models across products and countries
- Define and recommend value-based pricing architectures balancing revenue growth and customer value
- Lead hypothesis-driven analyses on price elasticity, segmentation, and scenarios
- Design and run pricing experiments, pilots, customer research, and A/B tests
- Drive end-to-end execution from strategy to market rollout and optimization
- Lead and develop a team of pricing and commercial strategy experts
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
- 5–8+ years in strategy consulting or analytical roles with pricing exposure
- Strong quantitative background and interest in pricing strategy
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
