What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for reporting across Display Ads, from data tracking to dashboards.
- Define and evolve core reporting metrics, ensuring consistency, reliability, and relevance to business objectives.
- Collaborate with Data, Backend, Frontend, and UX/UI teams to design intuitive and scalable dashboards.
- Partner with commercial teams and stakeholders to translate user needs into clear product requirements.
- Ensure reporting tools are self-serve, robust, and tailored to different user personas.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, instrumentation, and accuracy of performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to AdTech, marketing platforms, analytics, or B2B SaaS products.
- Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, tracking infrastructure, and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and commercial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering dashboards or analytics tools that meet diverse user needs.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills – able to bridge technical and non-technical worlds with clarity and empathy.
- Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in Berlin, Germany 2 days a week.
