What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion end-to-end, from free-trial to upsell.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to continuously optimize user flows, onboarding, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Marketing and Demand Gen to align campaigns for seamless lead-to-customer journeys.
• Analyze funnel data and user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement A/B tests and product experiments to improve signup, activation, and conversion rates.
• Oversee and evolve the hirify.global Academy, shaping it into an on-demand learning platform for education, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Management, or Marketing at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
• Proven success optimizing conversion, activation, or monetization in a self-serve product environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Product, Marketing, and Design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity and building structure where needed.
• Curiosity for AI and the future of knowledge work.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
• German proficiency.
