Senior Manager, Product Performance (Logistics): Leading and optimizing the performance and operational effectiveness of Self-Service products in the Logistics product line with an accent on aligning business priorities, OKRs, and performance KPIs with central teams. Focus on developing a high-performing team, driving end-to-end execution of performance improvement initiatives, and building alignment with senior stakeholders across global markets.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, requiring presence at the Berlin campus 2 days a week. Relocation support to Berlin is available.

What you will do

• Shape the strategic direction for Product Performance across Self-Service products.
• Develop a collaborative, high-performing team, fostering a culture of constructive challenge.
• Lead end-to-end execution of performance improvement initiatives across markets.
• Support analytical problem-solving, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders, fostering shared priorities and effective collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality data access and storytelling, co-creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Represent Product Performance in senior forums, highlighting opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total experience, with most in product performance, product operations, product analytics, strategy, or growth roles in a B2C tech or marketplace environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and structured delegation.
• Proven ability to build alignment with senior stakeholders, with clear, structured communication.
• Strong business acumen, linking product performance metrics to financial and operational outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and data storytelling, turning complex insights into clear recommendations.
• Good understanding of A/B testing principles and product development processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or data querying.
• Experience in global, multi-market environments.
