• Represent hirify.globalAI product portfolio to top prospects and lead technical discussions
• Execute demos and proofs-of-concept, facilitating integration and delivering insights
• Lead AI Academy programs to teach AI concepts through interactive workshops
• Evangelize AI testing and reinforcement learning benefits as a thought leader
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive technologies and position hirify.global accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and support team expertise development

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work onsite supporting EMEA
• English: Strong written and verbal skills required (C1 level)
• Experience working with enterprise customers and consultative relationship building
• Expertise in machine learning including reinforcement learning
• Understanding of marketing technology ecosystem and analytical skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
