What you will do

• Lead AI-focused architecture, design, and engineering delivery for client projects.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Act as a senior engineering authority, ensuring high-quality outputs across teams.
• Establish best-practice engineering ecosystems, including CI/CD, automation, and QA.
• Maintain expertise in modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and industry trends like LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with AI and ML tools, frameworks, and delivery methods.
• Confident acting as the "first engineer on the ground" to drive direction and standards.
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud platforms and modern engineering patterns.
• Full-stack technical capability across front-end (e.g., React, Vue, Flutter) and back-end (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Node, Go) technologies.
• Broad exposure to CI/CD tooling, automation technologies, and test engineering.
• Strong understanding of agile principles with experience embedding best practice across teams.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
