What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered customer solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Architect and implement integrations with Python, JavaScript, APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
• Analyze complex datasets to inform product direction and drive data-driven solutions.
• Champion AI-augmented workflow automation to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end AI solution deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Navigate AI risk assessment, data privacy (GDPR), and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years backend software development experience and 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale in complex production systems.
