What you will do

• Ensure successful completion of Provider & LS Data Migration and Clinical Research functionalities delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project workplans, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder involvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to estimate resources and manage dependencies.
• Communicate blockers, risks, and escalations proactively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Align project status with business objectives and work collaboratively with other project managers.
• Provide regular written and verbal updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years senior project management experience in technical projects.
• 5+ years healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical business processes and EHR technology.
• Certification and practical experience in Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, and/or PMP.
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and workstreams independently.
• Flexible with time and able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
