What you will do

• Plan, track, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and facilitate alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams meet project goals.
• Drive retrospectives and implement continuous improvements to project processes.
• Maintain transparency through status updates, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to support sprint execution and milestone tracking, including defining and leading acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
