What you will do

• Build and maintain project roadmaps covering scope, timelines, risks, and KPIs
• Align engineering, design, QA, and product stakeholders
• Manage client communication and expectations including escalations
• Drive negotiations on scope, deadlines, and budgets
• Run sprint ceremonies and facilitate workshops
• Participate in presale activities and proposal preparation

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, USA or able to work onsite
• English: Advanced level (C1) or above required
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in software delivery
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and delivery models (fixed-price, T&M, hybrid)
• Technical background and ability to discuss architecture and APIs
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, Insurance, SaaS, or Oil & Gas domains
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, or Lucidchart
• Certification compensation (AWS, PMP)
