What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define business needs and technical solutions, managing full project lifecycles.
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, identify risks early, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare project requirements, specifications, user stories, and mockups to support efficient delivery.
• Coordinate software development teams and monitor production environments to improve stability and performance.
• Support Level 3 troubleshooting and drive initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational friction.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and promote best practices in delivery, testing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in banking, cards systems, or fintech.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in preparing project requirements and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of agile software project management and experience leading complex technical projects.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, QA processes, and familiarity with Java code or willingness to learn.
• Experience with API integration, troubleshooting, and supporting testing efforts.
