Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Atlanta, Austin, or Denver, United States
• Experience leading senior engineering teams and hiring.
• Strong backend API and integrations development experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and service security.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or Kibana.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
