Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for hirify.global Checkout and future strategic products.
  • Deepen adoption across large existing hirify.global Pay partners through consultative, data-driven selling.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships within high-value accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct business reviews, performance analyses, and ROI discussions to secure expansion and retention.
  • Act as the commercial leader for new strategic initiatives, driving early partner adoption and gathering feedback.
  • Partner with Product to influence feature development and ensure alignment with enterprise customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in tech (fintech, payments, SaaS).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth within long, complex sales cycles.
  • Deep experience selling into multi-location or enterprise organizations, navigating matrixed structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate strategic agreements.
  • Expertise in consultative, data-driven selling, including conducting ROI analyses and performance reviews.
  • Demonstrated success launching or commercializing new products, shaping early go-to-market motions.
