What you will do

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers daily
  • Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to create account plans maximizing sales opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day customer and partner requests
  • Stay informed on industry trends through ongoing training
  • Drive proactive renewals and manage sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Tolochenaz, Switzerland
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken is absolutely essential
  • 3+ years professional customer service experience preferred
  • Skilled in relationship building, communication, problem solving, planning, and organizing
  • Highly motivated, results oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
  • General understanding of technology solutions preferred but not required
