TL;DR

Institutional Sales Associate (Fintech): Manage client relationships and sales cycles for a digital asset platform with an accent on blockchain technology and crypto products. Focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and delivering tailored sales presentations in the Swiss market.

Location: Must be based in Switzerland or be willing to relocate (Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich). Hybrid remote work with flexible hours.

What you will do

  • Conduct targeted research and outbound outreach to qualify leads in buy-side and sell-side segments.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle including presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of custody, tokenization, trading, and derivatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English required; German or French is a strong advantage.
  • Must be Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland.
