What you will do

• Provide vertical and client insights to inform multi-year strategy and investment themes.
• Synthesize client usage, market research, competitive analysis, and feedback into actionable insights.
• Own specific payment verticals and define success metrics for hirify.global and clients.
• Lead discovery of new product features to drive growth within verticals and organization-wide.
• Partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps across the core platform.
• Engage with strategic clients to validate opportunities and influence product direction.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of product management experience including strategic or platform-level work.
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, bill pay, or related market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive clarity, make strategic tradeoffs, and align teams.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting market data and client insights.
• English proficiency at least B2 level; job posting in English.
