What you will do

  • Own the "Pre-Swipe" Vision, defining the long-term strategy for Card Activation and New User Experience.
  • Build 0->1 Growth Bets by identifying and launching net-new features that drive activation.
  • Obsess Over the Funnel, managing the end-to-end checkout and activation funnel to eliminate friction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, partnering with Engineering and Design to ensure world-class UX.
  • Navigate complexity by working with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to invent safe onboarding solutions.
  • Drive Activation Economics, owning metrics like Time-to-First-Transaction and 30-Day Activation Rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
  • Deep experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows (e.g., checkouts, sign-ups, KYC).
  • 0->1 Builder Mentality, with a history of launching new products or features from scratch.
  • Technical & Design Fluency, capable of understanding API constraints and having a high bar for UI/UX design.
  • Strategic Influence, aligning senior stakeholders and guiding engineering/design pods.
  • Data-Driven Intuition, fluent in SQL/Amplitude to identify and solve bottlenecks.
