Salary: $123,000–$167,000 USD annually (US roles), CAD 111,000–150,000 (Canada roles)

What you will do

• Secure and improve identity ecosystem working with identity providers like Okta, Google Workspace, and Azure AD.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering’s Identity squad to automate access provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Dogfood and improve identity-related products such as hirify.global, Trelica, and Kolide.
• Develop and maintain configuration standards and governance for identity platforms.
• Leverage scripting, automation, and configuration as code to scale identity management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Security squads, Procurement, and GRC on security and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have 3–5 years experience in IT or security focused on corporate identity management.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD) including SSO, MFA, federation, and SCIM.
• Strong understanding of identity security fundamentals such as RBAC, access governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CI/CD).
• Experience working in remote-first environments with device posture and conditional access policies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOAR platforms (Tines, Torq, Splunk).
• Experience with ZTNA or modern VPN solutions (Tailscale, Twingate, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler).
