What you will do

• Triage CVEs based on exploitability and impact, driving remediation across engineering teams.
• Own and manage the security configuration and hardening of AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor SIEM/EDR alerts and execute escalation protocols for high-severity incidents.
• Develop Python or Bash scripts to automate repetitive security tasks and tool integration.
• Translate compliance requirements into technical controls for SOC2 and ISO 27001 audits.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Security Engineering, SOC, or technical Blue Team roles.
• Proficiency in AWS or GCP, specifically IAM, network segmentation, and secret management.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/SIEM solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Wazuh, SentinelOne).
• Ability to write basic scripts in Python or Bash.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Knowledge of container security involving Kubernetes or Docker.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, GCP Professional Security Engineer, or CompTIA Security+.
