What you will do

  • Define and lead product strategy and vision for the Performance product category.
  • Drive product execution across the entire Performance portfolio, ensuring collaboration and delivery.
  • Advance integrated performance workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and user experiences.
  • Elevate the voice of the customer by building relationships and translating insights into product direction.
  • Guide adoption, outcomes, and product success in partnership with Go-to-Market teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product management team.
  • Represent and evangelize the Performance product vision internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management or software development within B2B SaaS or sports technology.
  • 5+ years managing Product Managers or leading product teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, comfortable using data to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and go-to-market collaboration.
