Location: Must be based in the United States in Seattle, San Francisco, New York City, or Texas. Hybrid model for San Francisco residents with 3 days in office per week.
Salary: $180,000–$287,500 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization, search relevance, and localization.
- Ensure responsible personalization practices that build member trust and respect privacy.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Science, and Content teams for aligned and timely feature delivery.
- Analyze key metrics to report on organic growth and present findings to executives.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to data integrity, search algorithms, and personalization logic.
- Improve workflows for content localization and experimentation processes.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years in product/program management with 2+ years in personalization, growth, or AI/ML platform development.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience scaling diverse teams.
- Proven expertise in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or search platforms.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex strategies to technical and business leaders.
- Must be permanently based in the US in one of the specified cities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with internationalization and localization for global mobile apps.
- Familiarity with mobile organic growth techniques like ASO and SEO.
- Track record of launching features that improve user engagement and retention.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in quantitative or product management fields.
