What you will do

  • Execute core talent acquisition strategy for international expansion.
  • Achieve quarterly hiring goals for International Public Sector and Enterprise teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to guide complex international hiring strategies.
  • Own full recruiting lifecycle for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to inform pipeline health and align with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies to build passive talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success hiring software engineering, AI/ML, and product talent.
  • Strong analytical skills to influence decisions using data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with Director-level and above stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, complex technical environments.
  • Experience managing strategic requisition loads and prioritizing quality hires.
  • Demonstrated success in international or multi-region hiring, especially EMEA.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to qualitative and quantitative hiring metrics.
  • Focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
