Salary: CAD $109,600 – $137,000 (Based in Canada)

What you will do
- Facilitate corporate compensation programs, including annual review and promotion cycles.
- Design and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies for global expansion.
- Create dynamic compensation models and dashboards, providing data-driven insights.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to address business needs.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Develop policies and processes, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.
- Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with compensation program design and delivery.
- Strong compensation analytics background and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Strong experience with Human Resources Information System (Workday preferred).
- Experience with market pricing, survey participation, and accessing survey data.
- Extensive knowledge of HR products and services and awareness of HR strategy.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in an R&D compensation consulting role.
- Prior experience with PAVE, Compa, or other compensation tools.
