What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing strategic decisions and organizational priorities.
• Provide executive coaching and leadership development to strengthen management capabilities.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including succession and compensation planning.
• Drive key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and reward programs.
• Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver HR programs and services.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor organizational health and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Hoboken, NJ, USA with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Minimum 6 years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in technology-driven or global organizations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Experience in complex, matrixed, and global environments is highly desirable.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
