What you will do

• Build and execute product adoption plans across the customer base.
• Analyze product adoption data to inform strategy.
• Obtain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders (Solutions, Account Management, Leadership).
• Craft compelling value narratives for the Account Management team.
• Work with Product and Solutions to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on strategy alignment with product enhancements.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in driving cross-functional projects in consulting or a tier 1 employer.
• Exceptional academic track record.
• Excellent project management skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Commercial mindset with customer-centric thinking.
• Comfortable with Product and Solutions teams, understanding agile product management.
• Adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders with a "get stuff done" mentality.
• Legally able to work in the specified region of the job (London).
