What you will do

• Own and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with founders, engineering, design, and clients to understand user needs
• Apply design thinking principles to ensure user-centric and intuitive solutions
• Drive prioritisation and decision-making across complex initiatives
• Embed best practice product management processes in a scale-up environment
• Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies including AI

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Product Management with leadership of complex digital products
• Strong understanding of design thinking and UX principles
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
• Growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
