What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales results with key partners.
• Partner with third parties to develop campaigns and ensure execution and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with partners on day-to-day operations and ensure constant optimization.
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal organizations including Service delivery, IT, and Product Management.
• Be accountable for reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent.
• 7+ years of Partner Management experience, including managing Call Center Partners, Door-to-Door Partners, and Third Party Digital Affiliates.
• Demonstrated record of consistent sales growth and quota attainment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and competent with complex telecom and financial datasets.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
