TL;DR

Focus on orchestrating peer-to-peer discussions, driving partner-originated opportunities, and managing channel conflict to ensure mutual success.

Location: Remote within the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas)

What you will do

  • Drive peer-to-peer discussions and act as the primary contact between partners and hirify.global Account Executives.
  • Lead partner-originated opportunities, tracking and monitoring progress against quarterly goals.
  • Coach sales teams on engaging ecosystem partners and connecting sellers with partners at account and opportunity levels.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities as an add-on business in conjunction with partners.
  • Deliver partner sales enablement, orchestrating additional sales and technical training, and certification as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an Account Executive or partner manager with a large national partner.
  • 4+ years of experience in partner management in software security.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem in the territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive business relationships and a track record of meeting revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with existing or potential hirify.global partners.
  • Experience in analyzing performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Partner Relationship Management systems, and report building.
