What you will do
- Establish and manage relationships with CRM marketplace partners and system integrators to drive growth and collaboration.
- Develop and execute joint business and marketing plans to increase marketplace visibility and engagement.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth, pipeline creation, and bookings targets.
- Align strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
- Lead partner training and enablement on hirify.global products and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and generate data-driven insights for optimization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA.
- 10-12 years of technology sales experience with strong channel and marketing background.
- Proven success managing CRM marketplace partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, marketplace dynamics, and contact center software industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret financial and statistical data.
