What you will do

• Develop deep product knowledge and act as subject matter expert for customers and product teams.
• Advise partners on integration plans and collaborate with the Integrations Team on API improvements.
• Present technical solutions aligned with customer business needs and sales processes.
• Provide partner feedback to Product Managers on product requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Location: Austin, Texas, United States
• Minimum 1 year experience with API integrations and tools like Postman and Swagger.
• At least 3 years professional experience in Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer roles or leisure and attractions industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organization, communication, and commercial acumen.
• Experience with Jira, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
