What you will do
- Develop deep product knowledge and act as subject matter expert for customers and product teams.
- Advise partners on integration plans and collaborate with the Integrations Team on API improvements.
- Present technical solutions aligned with customer business needs and sales processes.
- Provide partner feedback to Product Managers on product requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape.
Requirements
- Location: Austin, Texas, United States
- Minimum 1 year experience with API integrations and tools like Postman and Swagger.
- At least 3 years professional experience in Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer roles or leisure and attractions industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organization, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Experience with Jira, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
