What you will do

• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Define solutions, assess business challenges, and develop roadmaps aligned with business best practices.
• Present engaging technical demonstrations tailored towards customer requirements and showcasing product capability.
• Develop solution proposals, cost models, and effort estimations for projects.
• Provide high-level design authority and detailed solution design, including architecture diagrams.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, providing feedback to enhance product functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based within North America.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Pre-Sales Consultant within a Microsoft Partner or comparable enterprise technology environment.
• Demonstrable ability to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 functional and technical demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure, Integrations, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong pre-sales skills, including supporting bids, RFPs, and complex sales processes.
