What you will do

• Define and communicate a strategic enterprise systems roadmap, aligned with company priorities and business metrics.
• Radically streamline quote-to-cash, contracting, and billing processes by enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem and automating workflows.
• Improve client and customer service tools like Salesforce and Zendesk, integrating new tools, AI, and automations.
• Automate and streamline accounting and reconciliation processes using data sources like Salesforce, Intacct, and Snowflake.
• Develop hirify.global’s enterprise AI tooling strategy, evaluating and implementing AI-powered solutions for process streamlining and productivity.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of systems architects, administrators, and developers.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical program management experience, leading complex technology projects.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Advanced roadmaps, and Atlas.
• Must be based in the US.
