What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable technical work items.
• Lead and coordinate software development lifecycle activities ensuring program goals are met on schedule and budget.
• Perform scrum master duties for multiple teams and manage project risks and resource conflicts.
• Coordinate release management and product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs and time-to-market.
• Occasional travel for client visits and industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Sandy, UT, USA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project leadership and software development lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and serving as Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background in communications, telephony, hosted solutions, or contact center fields.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
