What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, design, and execution of the Technical Sales Onboarding program.
- Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership, Product, Sales Operations, HR, and Enablement teams.
- Oversee curriculum development including training and certification.
- Manage program enrollment and communications.
- Define and report on program effectiveness and business impact.
- Facilitate live sessions and coach new hires through onboarding.
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite at one of the specified US offices.
- Strong understanding of technical sales roles and onboarding processes.
- Experience measuring program effectiveness and business impact.
- Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers and Sales Enablement systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
