What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into people strategies and participate in strategic planning.
• Lead organisational design initiatives and drive change management to optimise team effectiveness.
• Design and implement talent strategies including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive cultural transformation and DEI initiatives to foster innovation and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Coach and mentor leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in strategic business partner roles.
• Proven experience in organisational design, change management, and executive coaching.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
