What you will do

• Lead day-to-day Direct Debit and Direct Credit processing in compliance with Bacs scheme rules
• Oversee bureau reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Act as primary contact for clients, providing expert support and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client onboarding and service enhancements
• Train and develop the bureau team ensuring high operational standards

Requirements
