What you will do

• Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs supporting product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and lead continuous improvement events.
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and execute training plans to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Track program performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in program management, preferably in software or technology.
• Proven expertise in change management and Lean methodology.
• Strong communication skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
