What you will do

  • Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Instill a culture focused on measurable business value and customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success.
  • Drive continuous learning and adoption of hirify.global data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
  • Participate actively in regional growth plans and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Build a durable, high-growth business focused on customer success.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within US locations listed.
  • 5+ years leading high-growth enterprise sales teams in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, and AI.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in hyper-growth enterprise technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
  • Experience developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption.
