hirify.global is an international IT company based in Limassol, Cyprus, creating and launching its own software products and services focused on Fintech and iGaming solutions.

What you will do

• Organize and manage design task flows.
• Analyze team workload and capacity.
• Maintain and update dashboards.
• Administer access to software and documentation.
• Develop effective onboarding, grading/leveling processes, and internal training programs in collaboration with expert leads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design operations or design project management.
• Strong skills in dashboard creation, timeline and efficiency estimation, and planning.
• Understanding of how designers work across different disciplines: illustration, writing/content, product design, 3D, research, and graphic design.

Nice to have

• Proven experience implementing AI tools into team workflows.
• Background in one of the design disciplines.
