What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives impacting Payins operations globally across regions and departments.
• Drive alignment by defining and promoting global standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements focusing on automation.
• Support change management for adoption of new tools, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (C1+) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 4+ years experience in project management, operations, or consulting, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
• Analytical and structured approach to manage dependencies, risks, and ambiguity.
• Knowledge of payments ecosystem and basic coding skills are advantages.
• Experience with IA or automation is highly valued.
